GPU Card comparison

Can someone who is more knowledgable than me tell me which card is better out of this comparison:

I have both cards and want to know which is better.

Also, if I was to take the GT240 out of my computer and put the GTX260 would it be ok to do? My motherboard is as follows:

GIGABYTE 880GA-UD3H AM3 DDR3 1866+ Six-Core Processor Ready, 880G +SB850, SATA 3.0 & USB 3.0 RAID, HD4250 Hybrid CrossFireX ready, HDMI/DVI/

Yeah it would... But I would still uninstall the drivers and re-install the drivers to be on the safe side. The issue being that the configuration of the 240 is current within the setup, if you reinstall (current version being 257.21 I think) then you will start with a 'fresh' configuration.

It is like comparing a 9200 with and 8800GTX, the 9200 has new technology and certain aspects beat the 8800GTX but overall for gaming the GTX wins.
