Looking for some SDR 133 S DRAM 184 pin 1x256 ???

anyone in town got any for free ??
I think its very old stuff.
Reason is I got my wife an old PC so she can start to move forward into the modern world (cheeky eh ?)
I have changed the CPU to a pentium 4 and it fits so I hope it goes :emot-ninja[1]:
So I thought I would up the RAM and it can only take up to 512 and it already has a 256 in it.
