To enter "GodMode," one need only create a new folder and then rename the folder to the following:
GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C}

It puts most of the configurable properties of Windows 7 in one particular folder....

Create a folder in your C: Drive, rename it to GodMode.{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} and you will see the icon change. Double click on it and it has a fair amount of settings you can change....
