i get a 26 ping to wellys and 13.68mg download but has an errormessage on upload......:(

Telecom...My download speed, upload speed and ping are shit, i get like 120 ping on internode servers but unlimited download bandwidth(for Pr0n), i should be moving in a couple months so i'll shop around then to get the best ping possible with a new ISP.

My upload is about the same and I am not on Adsl2 download is about 2meg

The error to Wellys is a fault at that Welly server.... not orcon...

My ping to the Internodes on orcon were 60-80. In the last month they've jumped to twice that. Anyone know what's changed?

With low interleaving Orcon used to own all other ADSL ISP's on ping.

I hear that. I've had probs for over a month, and I rhink Hats has had it nearly 2 months. Billy is having probs lately too. Back to cheap Vodafone I think. Even their customers are pinging better than me!

I have a better ping to Wellington than Auckland and I live in Auckland, in the old days on dial up I could get a ping of around 100-120 on Nz servers and about 250-300 to the US. It is a bit crap they measure it on highest speed they should do it on average speed, on most of those the average speed was half the highest speed. Ha Wellington is still the highest ping????
