I was going to start a thread saying MJ had died.

lol you and I seem to be the only ones that care Pronto. I've been in the dj biso 20yrs and can throw on an MJ track at the perfect time, and still pack the dancefloor.

You could listen to every album he made from start to finish without flicking to the next track, fast forwarding the tape or lifting the needle.

His video clips were always light years ahead of anything else on the market at the time.

If they have a tribute concert, it'll be a week long, with the meanest lineup of bands, artists, and huger than Woodstock, The Rolling Stones, The Beatles and Queen concerts put together

lol bit of an MJ fan....

It is sad that he's passed away. He did do alot for the music industry, and he did put out a few good songs not most of but a few of, imo anyway.

But anyway where was i..... ;)

Nah it was an allergic reaction, he was allergic to the 12yr old nuts.

I'm with you Native, it's a sad loss, and finally peace for MJ, who had a tortured life in the last 10 - 15 years :-(.

Ever song reminds of something, somewhere and someone and always will.

RIP MJ

I think it was such a waste. Sure, he was a great entertainer, though I didn't really car for his music myself, but the celebrity destroyed him. the whole skin whitening, surgery, chimps, dangling babies, making his kids wear masks thing got too much. By the time the kiddy fiddling allegations came around he had completely lost his credibility, and guilty or not he was judged on his behavior.

We played his songs non-stop at work for 2 days, and I have to say that it didn't get boring. He really did have quite a range, and it all reminds me on being at primary school back in the 80s. I hope he finds more peace now than he did in life.

But well done .
No one will convince me all the stuff that he had done to his body didn't impact his health.
TBH I really didn't know a lot about him till NaT's told me he wrote damn near all his stuff will a little help.
Read some lyrics and it shows what he really was some of the stuff is magic.

I supplied sound n lighting gear for a High School After Ball Party this morning(Midnight to 5am). 'Billy Jean' was the song that packed the dance floor. Even when the DJ played it the 3rd time lol. MJ is huge once again.
