Sad to hear the passing of a great entertainer today Sir Howard.. Sort of grew up with his music and attended many of the dances he and his band played at.. Those were fantastic times .. God bless and rest in peace Sir Howard

I remember seeing a show when I was a kid where Billy T was taking the piss out of Howard Morrison by singing How Great Thou Art while looking in a mirror, and then Howie came out from behind him on the stage to show him how it should be done.

Both of them were classic.

Im to young to say I ever recall his entertaining..... But remember him has the BIC spokesperson....

Great find Billy.
It takes me back to a time when humour was found in most everyday things.
Howard also did a hell of a lot for the young people, those lucky enough to live in Rotorua also.

On the lighter side he was happy enough with the colour of his skin :001_tt2:
Saw him perform once in Rotorua in earlier days unreal performer.
