Yes it is RTS....Check these pica out. I dont really like the game so far...COH is way better game play and graphics etc......it might be the beta version of RUSE that suxs. But have a look.

View from a distance = tactical map.....Those building that are making money are my ad-min buildings = cost $100.00 each...they produce $1.00 per every 4sec's.
They surround my main HQ...in the far distance to the right side up is my barracks, Tank deport, airfield etc....
I choose the Brits as my team....you can pick USA, Soviets, Britz, Nazi, ..each has its pro & cons.

If you get the game working...then pratice by hosting a game...u only play by ya self...but get to check out all the units and options...b4 taking on some1. Have fun

Not sure what the full game will be like. But I spend most of my time looking at the game zoom out = Tactical map view.
COH = :PDT_Armataz_01_34[1...is still better off then this game.

i agree with G about this game and COH looks to be still number one RTS:all_coholic[1]:guess you cant beat the awesome destructible environments and physics systems it has :all_coholic[1]:
