Right on Wabli LOL .. I know a friend of ours has just taken up a job as human resources manager, big firm, $200.000 g's salary plus perks and 150 staff to look after ... The way it is going there will be no one to look after but will they fire the friend ??? no and I think it bloody stinks.. Poor buggars at the coal face will be put off first with their small pay packets and families to look after..
