Gees you all will be saying here he goes again.. But how do you change desktop icons using vista 64.. Tried doing the properties check change icon thingy and select the one and save and still no change .. I just find the default icons so boring .. I have d/l a few icons to use..
Even using the windows default list of icons don't change when used .. BUGGA BUGGA..:FIREdevil[1]:

dude, on your decktop , right click , clik personalise, and there will be your options, and i think you will be looking for desktop back grounds, clik that and there are the windows options, and i think there is a option there to also d/l more from windows, also there is a browse option there so you can find pickies like ( nude ones of your misses )---:PDT_Armataz_01_34[1, or family pet, which ever ...:PDT_Armataz_01_14[1
seeing if this works and my oc of me little putter. and especially like the asus tool for monitoring ya doins.........:PDT_Armataz_01_34[1

Thanks again Gaz but the background thingy is ok it is the icons that I want to change .. In the info you gave me there is a section where I can change the icons but the list only includes the windows icons like rubbish bin, mail etc ..
I had no probs with xp .. Oh and thanks for the oc info ..
right clik on the icon u want to change, , go to properties, change icon, and there is also a button there also to brouwse to find a pik in your pictures folder or anything you have downloaded, but remember if it is to big you will need to resize
