How long have you had it Mudds? Is everything new and you brought it all from them? I so just tell them you want everything that you have brought replaced or you want a refund! (preferably a refund then you can go somewhere else

P.s Go straight to the top to, I think you said you got it from PB tech, they have like 5 branches, so they probably have a head office go direct to them. say you have consulted a Lawyer ( Jad BSQC) and you are within your rights as a consumer to as for replacement or a refund but due to the circumstances you would prefer a refund

Try and give as much information as possible i.e when and where you brought it, who you have been dealing with, when it was returned for repair, how many times, that sort of shit. Write it all down before you forget.
Lastly if they have not sercum before the end of the phone call (Bastards) do not tell them to go F themselves ( very hard not to do

) Tell them you will ring them back tomorrow for an answer ( make sure you get the persons name) If this all fails you can still take them to small claims court, but it is really the last thing you want to do.
