The lack of "prone" is taking a lot of getting used to.

I was shooting at some guy from behind a wall yesterday and had to reload. I went into crouch for the reload and he wasted me with a headshot. If there was a prone option he would not have had a chance.

While I'm on it... I take it there is no chat in game (from the lack of 13 year olds spamming bs in global), but see that you can still gg at the end of the round.

How do you bring the chat console up?

I figured that there wasn't a global chat function as nobody seems to use in game chat here - though that's not necessarily a bad thing.

BFBC2 froze up on me twice tonight. I coulnd't alt tab out so had to reset my machine.

Is anyone else experienceing these problems or do I need to reinstall?

I have had that sort of problem, but seems ok now .. Did not have to reinstall..

Was playing today and having a blister of a game ..ping 55 and kills from hell then the bloody server went off line so no credit for all those kills .. BUGGA

For some reason the game froze up on me twice today on our server, had been playing on a different server in the morning and no trouble. If you were to read the posts on the BFBC2 fourms you would see that a lot of people are having issues with the game from crashing to the desktop, random freezes, not being able to connect to ea etc etc etc the list goes on.
